ASARS’ qualifications for unique construction programs begin with its integrated team of skilled and experienced professional managers.  Cumulatively, our project management team has sixty-four years of construction experience among them, in the areas of military construction, range and support facility development, severe weather construction, Government construction standards, and schedule management.  Under the overarching management of ASARS’ original executive group, we have integrated core management personnel of our sister subsidiaries to strengthen our core team and guarantee success on construction projects. 

The majority of our management members has worked together for several years and has a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures governing all work done by ASRC subsidiaries.  They have perfected their project management methods and have demonstrated that they can execute demanding Government construction requirements and bring complex and unique programs to a successful conclusion.

ASARS has also benefited from the incorporation of the management personnel from an older ASRC subsidiary, FSEC, Inc. into the original ASARS management team.  FSEC was founded in 1974, as a multi-disciplined engineering, procurement, construction, and facilities operations firm, specializing in US Government military facilities of all types.  FSEC was originally chartered to specialize in the design and construction of specialized test facilities and range installations for the contracting agencies of the Department of Defense (DoD), other federal contracting agencies, large prime contractors and private industry.  FSEC grew over 20 years and served a variety of clients on projects where the specialized construction of training, research and development, testing and the timely collection of testing and training data were the primary focus of the facility and user.  In 1993, FSEC became a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC.  In the 2002 ASRC reorganization, FSEC’s workload was absorbed into several other entities so as to streamline overhead costs and group core management talent and experience.
