| ASARS played
an important role in the U.S. Government's critical Iraq
mission to restore the country’s ability to secure
its infrastructure support systems and facilities. Protection
of these assets is vital to the growing economy, so that
basic services can be delivered to its people and industries.
In late 2005, ASARS completed a contract with the Department of
the Army, Northern Region Contracting Center, to train and
equip Iraqi infrastructure security personnel so that they
are fit for the role of safeguarding these critical systems.
Our success on this important mission depended upon the selection
of properly qualified and experienced personnel who are
capable of living and working together under hostile and
stressful conditions. Our ability to support the growing
democracy in Iraq, as well as the entire Operation Iraqi
Freedom, depends on our ability to safeguard these program
personnel during and after the current turbulent period. For that
reason, all inquiries concerning the specifics of this program
must be directed to the Human Resources Recruiting Department
for ASRC Federal offices in Greenbelt, Maryland on (301)
837-5499/fax (301) 837-5507.
